Withdrawal requests from your AB Capital trading wallet to your GCash wallet can take up to two (2) banking days to be processed.
While we endeavor to complete your withdrawal request within 2 banking days, there may be unforeseen circumstances that could extend the processing time to up to three banking days.
Please be aware that GStocks PH follow the normal settlement procedures of the Philippines Stock Exchange. That is, the funds from the sale will be accessible on the second day following the sale date (T+2). For example, if you sold your stock on Friday, the sale proceeds will only be available for withdrawal on Tuesday.
The standard two (2) banking days required to process your withdrawal from your AB Capital trading account to your GCash wallet will commence only after the sale proceeds have become available.
